Silver Ridge is currently progressing the CRU buildings at SD Crossings Phase 1 in Lethbridge, AB, with exterior work nearing completion and interior construction well underway.

The project includes multiple commercial retail units designed to support future retail, medical, and restaurant tenants. On site, the team is working through drywall, mechanical/electrical coordination, roofing, and interior preparation as the spaces continue to come together.

This is the stage where people can start to imagine what the area will become — the future businesses, services, and spaces they will soon have access to. As the buildings take shape, the project starts to feel more connected to the community it will serve.

Crowsnest Commons Building F is taking shape in Blairmore. Silver Ridge is currently on site progressing this multi-tenant commercial building, with exterior work well underway and interior spaces beginning to come together.

Inside, the space is moving through key stages of construction, including framing, drywall, and mechanical/electrical rough-ins. These phases are where the building starts to shift from open structure into defined commercial spaces that will support future tenants.

Crowsnest Commons is located along Highway 3 in the Crowsnest Pass and is planned as a retail development with flexible space options for commercial, retail, and restaurant users.

Phase 2 of Crossings West Lethbridge is underway.

Silver Ridge is currently building the new Kal Tire location in the heart of West Lethbridge’s commercial hub. The project is now progressing through structural framing and roof deck installation, with foundation walls, steel, and site coordination taking shape.

This stage is always an exciting point in the build. The footprint is established, the structure is coming together, and the project starts to visibly show the scale of what is being delivered.

Our team is proud to be part of the continued growth at Crossings and to help bring another commercial service location to West Lethbridge.
