Finch Auto Group

Cars may be what you see, but people are what drive this industry. 🚗💙

This Automotive Industry Day, we’re celebrating the incredible people across Finch Auto Group who sell, service, repair, detail, support and keep everything moving every single day.

It’s also a day to recognize the history of the automotive industry, its economic impact, and the innovation that continues to move it forward.

From the showroom to the service bay and everywhere in between, we’re proud to be part of this industry and even prouder of the people behind it.

Friday night at Canada Life Place was a special one for Finch Auto Group. 💙🏒

Our Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC team was in the concourse with two vehicles on display and a signed London Knights jersey giveaway, but one of the biggest moments of the night came at centre ice.

We had the pleasure of seeing our CEO and Managing Partner, Jordin Finch, joined by members of the Finch Chevrolet team for the ceremonial puck drop ahead of the London Knights taking on Owen Sound.

A pretty unforgettable way to celebrate our partnership and be part of a night with a team and community we’re so proud to support.

📣 We’re looking for the person who makes the whole room better.

Finch Auto Group is hiring a VP of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team and help bring strategy, structure and strong ex*****on to 10 dealerships across Southwestern Ontario.

This isn’t a traditional marketing role. It’s a leadership and ex*****on role for someone who can see the big picture while making sure the right things actually happen.

You’ll lead and develop a talented in-house team, work closely with dealership leadership, coordinate agency and media partners, bring multiple campaigns and priorities together, and use real results to help guide what we do next.

We’re looking for someone who can:💡 Turn ideas and business priorities into clear action plans🤝 Lead, coach and empower a team without needing to do everything themselves📊 Turn data into useful insights, not just reports🧩 Bring clarity and structure to a lot of moving pieces🗣️ Build strong relationships with dealership leaders, agencies and partners🎯 Keep the work focused on measurable business results

Automotive experience is an asset, but proven leadership, marketing, project management and account-management experience matter more.

You don’t need to be the best designer, content creator or digital marketer in the room.

You need to be the person who makes the room better.

Bring your experience. Bring your ideas. Help us make Finch marketing better.
