A Thoughtful Expansion ✨

We’re excited to share a first look at the design for this upcoming two storey home renovation, beginning next week, with Riverside Construction.

The project will thoughtfully extend both levels into the backyard, creating a seamless blend of elevated design and everyday functionality.

On the main floor, the transformation includes a beautifully reimagined kitchen, a new dining area designed for entertaining, and refined updates to the butler’s pantry and mudroom.

The lower level extension will introduce a dedicated home gym, adding both function and luxury to the home.

Our renderings bring the vision to life, allowing our clients to clearly visualise the intended outcome prior to final decisions and approvals. We look forward to seeing this project take shape. Be sure to follow along!
