Dogsh*t Jason Bourne Rip Off.
Statham should be ashamed of himself and he "produced" this.

Trap House
What are we even doing here?
Dave.
Bro.
Not every script emailed to you needs to be made.
In fact, I will go ahead and say that Mr Bautista suffers from the Star Trek movie paradox (nerds will know) where every OTHER movie they do is a good one.
This drivel suffers from everything I hate about cookie cutter movies and in no particular order, here is that laundry list of offenses
1. Kids in their 20's playing teens. One of them is 28 FFS
2. Misleading Titles. Maybe 3 minutes take place in a Trap House
3. One shot one kill. Just not when heroes get shot.
4. Inconsistent weapons. One scene a silencer, next scene. nope!
I could go on but poo poo has already taken up too much of my time.
Put this on in the background as you iron clothes or cook dinner because it won't matter if you miss one or 25 minutes of plot.

Marvel's Wonder Man
As a huge Marvel nerd, of course I had to give this a go. I can't really say I am a fan of all the series on Disney but this one intrigued me as it brings back Sir Ben Kingsley's Mandarin and after the gigantic let down (spoiler alert) of his character NOT being the actual Mandarin from comic book lore that left me hating Iron Man 3, I was hesitant but still willing.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II was an interesting choice as the lead here, but ultimately maybe the best. He plays the role of a competent actor that is as good at self sabotage as he is in auditions. Our "hero" can't seem to catch a break, that is until he bumps into our Mandarin, seemingly by chance and what unfolds next is a pleasant romp as the two struggling actors chase leads and roles and eventually lean on each other, rather heavily at times, but with notable success as they end up the leads in a big budget production that takes them both by surprise.
If you follow the Marvel Universe and need a quick binge, this will do the trick

The Coffee Table (2022) -Spanish
Our story begins with a couple shopping for a new coffee table for their apartment. As Parents of a newborn, they set out to put the finishing touches on their next chapter in life. There's a problem. This husband and wife seem miserable. The wife is especially mean and indignant while the hubby sees a coffee table he wants and decides to focus solely on that. It's likely all he can control in his life at the moment and so he is determined to come home with the furniture despite his partners irrational objections.
This is a horror movie. It does NOT get easier to watch.
The wife throws her hands up after losing the battle of the ugly coffee table and leaves the husband and newborn and heads out to run some errands as they are expecting company for a dinner date.
I wish I could go into this further but its better left to unfold in front of you but please oh please, this is not a light and fluffy film. Tread lightly
What I will say though is that it was morbidly fun to try and guess how a film so drastically dark like this could eventually play out. It had me wondering until the very last scene. (Stay through the credits)
Don't say I didn't warn ya...

Katt Williams: Last Report
First off, this special from Feb 2026 is current as heck so if you have not been keeping track of Mr Williams over the last year and change, much of this material will be lost on you.
As a fan for the past couple of decades, this one might just be his crowning achievement. Often known as the comic who "goes there" and aims to offend, this time around there is a levity to his rants and a pleasant digression when he finishes them.
I am not really a fan of "punching down" for comedy but Katt is so fun and energetic and clever in this special, you can tell there is no real malice. He throws in hilarious musical interludes and blends physical comedy with his scathing takes on the current industry goings on and it all clicks.
The nitpicker in me though was constantly distracted by his wardrobe choices. His shoe lace came undone a couple of times and he rolled with the punches while tucking it back into his shoe, never missing a beat. But then there was his hat. In the hour that he performed, the oversized cap kept slowly inching down over his eyes and at times I wondered how he could see, but then he would adjust it by pulling it back. He had to do this 4 or 5 times and again, maybe that's just me, but it was all I could focus on at times.
That pettiness aside, this was a classic and should be studied by up and comers and even by veterans. It's an evolutionary step and a welcome one.
