(1) Go to www.manulife.ca/vitality and play the Vitality Squares game. A chance to win some points or better yet a bit of cash.

(2) While you're at the website, check on your goals and update on how you're doing. Haven't set any goals yet? Well now's as good a time as any. Make sure you check back every week. That'll get you an easy 20 points!

(3) Check your App on your phone to see what your Points Target is for this week. And if you met your target last week, don't forget to give the Vitality wheel a spin. Another chance to win points or cash. If you need help with the skill testing math question feel free to give me a call. 😀
