Vicor comes 3rd on 3M at Canada Senior Nationals 2026 in Toronto. This is his first competitive event since May 2025 due to a knee surgery that took a full year to heal.

Our Winter/Spring 2026 springboard junior diving programs are starting on January 4, 2026 for beginner, advanced and expert levels, with 1 to 4 practices a week, running until June, at Markham Centennial Community Center. Register at https://www.optimaldiving.ca/on-line-registration

Optimal Diving Club Optimal Diving is a springboard diving club introducing young athletes to the exciting world of springboard diving. Our diving programs range from the entry-level Learn-to-Dive classes to the national-level competitive practices. We take our divers beyond the basics, as at Optimal Diving practices
