Wendat Community Programs is looking for a compassionate and experienced Transition Nurse to join our Psychogeriatric Program and support seniors throughout Simcoe-Muskoka.

This is a unique opportunity to take your nursing experience beyond the bedside and make a lasting difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Monday–Friday • 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. • 40 hours/week

No regular nights or rotating shifts

Concurrent disorders refers to experiencing both a mental health challenge and a substance use challenge at the same time.

You are not defined by your diagnosis.
With support, understanding and the right tools, recovery is possible.
