It’s REALTORS Care® Day across today, and I asked to host a table in Shediac this year. Why? Because I believe the people in CapAcadie area would benefit greatly from any and all donations. This year I suggested Vestiaire St-Joseph Inc. / Shediac Food Bank. Did you know 1300 individuals visit this food banks every month.
We as a community can come together, and bring that number down. I am proud of the donations we received today, and look forward to many more days like today.

If I were selling my house today… I’d be doing things a little differently. 👀
In a buyers’ market, pricing high just to “leave room to negotiate” can actually work against you.
I’d focus on:
✨ Pricing it realistically from the start
✨ Making sure the photos and presentation show it at its best
✨ Taking care of the little things that buyers notice
✨ Knowing what else buyers have to choose from
✨ Putting myself in the buyer’s shoes
✨ And working with someone who can help me navigate the market
Every market is a little different, and sometimes a small change in strategy can make a big difference.
