Because sometimes you don't need to find a new direction.

Life takes us down so many different paths—sometimes we're looking for rest, sometimes creativity, sometimes celebration, sometimes connection.

And sometimes… we're just looking for a place to pause and figure out which direction feels right.

What started as an idea to create meaningful experiences has grown into something much bigger.

**Compass Collective** is the home for everything I love to create—connection, creativity, celebration, nature, wellness, and experiences that encourage you to slow down and find your way back to yourself.

Forgive and let go of the past and the things that don't bring you joy. The past is in the past for a reason. Why do you think we continue to bring it to the here and now? What have you learnt from your past that you have forgiven and let go of?

Let's start healing those chakras, one by one! Which one do you think needs the most work?

This week is focused on healing.
Take a second to breathe those deep breaths and focus on what part of yourself needs healing. Is it your mind, your heart, a past trauma that you can't get over? Whatever it may be, tune in and really focus on it.
What about this still affects you and why?

In speaking with an old friend today, they mentioned that they've lost who they were along their journey and are trying to find themselves again. When you lose yourself, it means you've lost confidence and belief in yourself. So how do you gain that back?
Ask yourself these questions: What scenario(s) has/have happened where I lost myself? Why did that happen, and why did I let it happen? Why did I let it affect my emotions and my confidence?
Start with the root of it all, and if that means going back 10-20 years.. then that's where you start!
