Registration is now open for my next beginner sourdough workshop!

Learn to make a soft, everyday sourdough sandwich loaf from scratch — just in time to bake your own for Thanksgiving.

During the workshop, you’ll make your own dough to take home and bake, and you’ll leave with an active sourdough starter to keep you baking.

And the loaves in these photos? They’re not mine. They were baked by students after taking my workshop — many making sourdough for the very first time.
