We are looking for a professional, motivated, and personable individual to join our insurance brokerage team as an Insurance Broker.
No previous insurance experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide the support and guidance needed to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
About the Role
As an Insurance Broker, you will work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide coverage options, prepare quotes, process policy changes and renewals, and provide ongoing service and support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Is professional, friendly, and approachable
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Is dependable and takes pride in their work
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player
• Is willing to learn and develop their knowledge of the insurance industry
• Has a positive attitude and a desire to build a long-term career
