Flowing With Frequency

On my Christmas List ✨🩷🙏🏽

“Some years don’t need a bold ending, they just need a gentle landing. If all you did was make it to the other side of this year in one piece; that’s sacred too” ~DR.Z

In all of the conversations I’ve been having, a common theme has emerged of 2025 being incredibly provoking & challenging. Full of clearing/change, growth and ultimately deeper levels of healing (however uncomfortable).

It feels especially prudent and timely to carve out time to reflect, to rest, and to intentionally work with the supportive energy that’s available to us this season. I hope you can find some time to spend in the most supportive way for YOU, because it’s important and you’re worthy! I know for myself learning the hard way lately, this means booking or scheduling space (and taking it!) in advance because otherwise time slips away so quickly.

Please know that no matter how this December is finding your mind, your body or your spirit…there’s a welcoming place for you to land on December 19.

Can we tap into some comfort and joy together, regardless of external circumstances that may make this challenging? I believe so!

Solstice is a sacred time of year to go within, to get quiet, to create space. To gather. We’ll honor the fruitful darkness, clear the subconscious, and prepare to welcome back the light and longer, brighter days ahead.

We’ll work with breath paired with gentle movement (chair accessible if needed!), mantra, a long/deep sound journey, meditation and energy clearing/balancing. We leave lots of time to integrate, ground, and connect afterwards if needed/desired.

Includes tea/light refreshments.
$65pp with Pay what you can (self serve) spaces always available. This offering is beginner friendly and intended for you to come exactly as you are.

Sending the biggest love and wishes for the softest landing to wrap 2025.

We’re backkkk! Looking SO forward to these soul nourishing evenings together in the Sanctuary ✨

As always self serve pay what you can (PWYC) is available and your support and shares truly help to ensure this community care and reciprocity continues.

Thank you thank you ✨🩷
