Clean Energy

For those of you that know me know my strongest passion (more like obsession 🤦🏽‍♀️🤪🤣) is finding a more natural way of life
In any and every sort of form,
from vitamins & supplements (that actually work, which was proven to be harder than I thought, but that’s all behind us now 🙌🏻) to sharing recipes and helping you cook “cleaner” with more natural and local ingredients as well as cooking straight from scratch! Everything these days is processed and preserved, fast and available. Knowing what is in your all products (food, skin & body care, vitamins & supplements, cleaning & laundry, etc) as well making as much as possible yourself (so you do know EXACTLY what’s in it) can make such a healthy change in your life. I would like to share my journey with you all, hope to inspire you and help you all on your journey to a happier, healthier longer journey we call life 🤍 my inbox is always open 🤍

It’s very clear a strong passion of mine is cooking and healing through cooking. A lot of our sluggish, tiredness, and health issues come from what we consume. All the fast ready made products yes it’s convenient and really who wants to cook after a long day a work? But those readily available products aren’t good for us, the preservatives, unknown ingredients, proper care and cooking of ingredients, cross contamination, I could go on and on but you get my point so I’ll end with etc. 🤣 I’m hoping by having this page I can influence others and show you we can make it easy to have real natural home cooked meals, it doesn’t need to take you all day in the kitchen! And what a difference that alone will do on your health and life! 🤍
P.S. if you want to copy my recipes run out and buy a cast iron pan LIFE CHANGING! 💃🏻
