Pivot Leader Inc

We love the days between Christmas and New Years.
It's a quieter time. The inbox isn't filling up. The phone is quiet. It's here where strategy work actually happens.

What do you want next year to feel like?

Our Strategic Planning Day is built around that question.

Details in the comments.

Most leadership teams don’t struggle because they lack ideas.
They struggle because important decisions keep getting pushed down the road.

Over time, those unresolved decisions pile up — slowing progress and creating frustration across the business.

Strategic Planning Day is a hands-on session designed to help business owners and leadership teams cut through that noise and move forward with clarity.

Join us on January 9th. See Comments for Details.

Revisiting your origin story is just one reason leaders join us for Strategic Planning Day.

Some join us because the market has shifted and they need 'a day' to revisit the great ideas they had before a hectic December interrupted them. Others enjoy being around fellow business owners who are managing the same issues.

It's about community.

This year, join Norm Adams, Dave Fuller, and Rhea Stark for PivotLeader's 9th Annual Strategic Planning Day. Presented by Team Powerhouse Realty and David Mothus - Advisor, Sun Life we'll help you build a practical, grounded plan for 2026 that you can present to your team.

See you on January 9th @ 10am!

We didn’t invent Mining4Beer. M4B events like this happen all over the world—from Perth to Vancouver to Val-d'Or. We joke that it’s become a “movement,” but M4B events have caught on because they answer a very simple question: What if we just let people connect?

We look forward to connecting with you Wednesday, January 21, at 5pm at Trench. See you there!

Can you believe it? Strategic Planning Day is now 9 years old!!

Where were you nine years ago?
Where was your company?
Where will it be nine years from now?

If you’re ready to pause the chaos, get focused, and build a plan with intention - not reaction - this is your day. Come join us for a fast, practical workshop designed to help leaders reset, realign, and move forward with purpose.
