Pope Memorial is a small rural school surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our playground includes a sliding hill, a skating rink, playset and soccer field.
Last year, students enjoyed cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the nearby golf course. With our bilingual kindergarten, double FSL, our focus on reading comprehension, Math concepts, Art techniques, Drama, ERC, Science and Technology, we provide a well rounded educational experience. Daycare is available before and after school. For registration and eligibility go to http://www.etsb.qc.ca/school-board/registration-and-eligibility/

Annual Walk-a-Thon ☀️
What a beautiful day for Pope Memorial's annual Walk-a-Thon! Students, parents, and staff enjoyed the walk together under sunny, warm skies. We couldn’t have asked for a better day to get outside, have fun, and enjoy our school community.
Take a look at some pictures from this wonderful day!

Orange Shirt Day is tomorrow, September 30, 2026, honoring the children who never came home from residential schools -the survivors, their families, and communities.
This day also supports the message "Every Child Matters."
🧡 Ways to honor the day:
-Wear an orange shirt.
-Learn about the history and legacy of residential schools from Indigenous sources.
-Listen to Indigenous survivors.
-Talk with others about reconciliation and why remembering matters.

We will be discussing Orange Shirt Day tomorrow during our monthly assembly.
