We're finally at the finish line of our End of Summer Road Trip series, and what a ride it's been! Thank you for coming along with us, we hope you've had fun and that you've discovered some new local gems to check out!

This week we're in none other than the Queen City itself, Regina!

Regina is filled with possibilities, but to help you narrow down that list, here's our top 3 recommendations you shouldn't miss:
1. Globe Theatre: Taking on the name and spirit of Shakespeare's theatre in London, the Globe Theatre has no bad seats, as the artists perform in the centre with seating all around, just like in Shakespeare's time! It's a unique and fun way to see a play!

2. A.E. Wilson Park: A park along Wascana Creek; this is the perfect place to spend the last days of summer as we bleed into fall. Explore the trails and take in the wildlife and water views without even leaving the city. There's even some hidden islands to check out (Boreal Island and Prairie Island to be exact) to take your adventure to another level!

3. Saskatchewan Roughriders: While visiting Regina, you'll likely notice a sea of green wherever you go, particularly as we head into fall and winter. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are unavoidable in this city, which is why we recommend going to a game to feel the electricity of fandom that runs through Mosaic Stadium for yourself!

This week, our Summer Road Trip Series has taken us to Medicine Hat!

This city is rich with history and culture, making it a must stop for any Alberta road trip!

But where to start when you get here? We have a few ideas!

Our top 3 recommendations:
1. Saamis Tepee: Standing at 215 feet, the Saamis Tepee is the tallest in the world! If that wasn't impressive enough, it's also located just above the Saamis Archaeological Site in the Seven Persons coulees.

2. Sunshine Trolley: See the Sunniest City's most prominent landmarks on this unique guided tour! They even do dinner tours, cafe & market tours!

3. Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre: What better way to immerse yourself in the city's current culture and past history than a trip to the arts and heritage centre? There's so much to explore here; you'll probably have to come back a few times! 😉

Plans change, things get cancelled, but that doesn't mean your stay needs to suffer as well!
