Helping women rebuild their relationship with food
✨ Intuitive eating | binge–restrict healing
🤍 Sustainable food freedom
Just remember… nobody is good at anything when they start! Just keep going and pushing and you never know where it’ll take you! Taken a couple of months ago when I was starting to get back into running.
Okay… it’s usually super cool and fun! However… diet culture is a crazy thing that’s rooted so deeply in people’s lives. Do you want to be 98 and still worried that bacon will make you fat? (Psst… it won’t!).
Ready to start improving your relationship with food? DM me and let’s have a chat 🤍 I still have one spot open for 1:1 coaching for September!
Life’s too short to spend it waiting for a smaller body. 🥑✨
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, obsessing over food, or feeling like your happiness is always one weight-loss goal away, there is another way.
As a Registered Dietitian, I help chronic dieters heal their relationship with food, trust their bodies, and finally step off the binge-restrict roller coaster—without calorie counting, food guilt, or another diet plan.
💚 I have space for 1 more 1:1 client starting next month.
Comment READY or send me a DM and let’s chat about whether we’d be a good fit.

Nutrition tips I give my clients as a Registered Dietitian—without focusing on weight loss. 👏
Nutrition is about so much more than the number on the scale.
My goal is to help clients:
✔️ Feel more energized
✔️ Improve their relationship with food
✔️ Build balanced meals
✔️ Trust their bodies again
Save this post for later and share it with someone who needs a break from diet culture. 💛

What diet myth have you heard before???

The goal was never to have the smallest life possible.
Eat the cake.
Order the b**r flight.
Make the memory.
What’s something you finds taste better than being skinny feels? 👇🏼
Pasta was never the problem.
When we label foods as “good” or “bad,” we create guilt around eating and disconnect from our body’s needs. Food is more than calories, and health is more than what’s on your plate.
Diet culture profits from making us fear foods. You deserve a relationship with food built on trust, not rules. 🍝✨
Friendly reminder from your anti-diet dietitian: your workouts are supposed to feel supported, not survived 👏🏼
These are my non-negotiables before & after a workout👇🏼
✨ EAT — before AND after. Your body needs carbs for energy, period. Skipping food before a workout is one of the fastest ways to feel weak, dizzy, exhausted, and wonder why your lifts feel harder than usual. And eating after? Just as important. Recovery matters. Your muscles, energy levels, hormones, and mood will thank you.
✨ HYDRATE — and no, coffee alone doesn’t count 😂 Have some water before your workout. Hydration impacts strength, endurance, focus, and recovery way more than people realize. And while we’re here: not everyone needs electrolytes 24/7. If you aren’t doing intense endurance training or sweating heavily, plain water is probably enough.
✨ STRETCH — before and after. Mobility and recovery become more important as we age, and your body deserves care outside of just “pushing harder.” A few minutes of stretching can go a long way in helping prevent injuries and reducing soreness.
You do not need to punish your body to be healthy. Fueling and caring for it will always outperform running on empty
A little money and a little snacky snack is all a girl needs 💅🏼
