Happy 1 year anniversary to my beautiful wife ❤️ There is no other person in this world that I would choose to spend my life with. You are my peace, my heart and my best friend. Thank you for choosing me each day and being a part of the solid foundation that my life was missing. I love you more than words can say 🥹

14 years clean and sober today 🙌🏽❤️

When I began this journey, I didn’t plan to remain sober. The first year was the hardest. I found ceremonies, I found other sober people. I stayed away from the temptation and places I knew I wasn’t strong enough to be in. Today, it is not even a thought to get high or drunk ever again. I will remain on this path for the rest of my days ❤️

One of the hardest things about this path is knowing that not everyone chooses to walk it. And you can’t make anyone become sober, they have to want it for themselves. I can count on only one hand the sober family that I have today. I understand the power of addiction and how hard it is to break those cycles. I can’t sit and judge them for the life they live. I still love them and always will, regardless of the life they live.

There’s more to just being sober. It’s not enough to just quit the bad habits. You have to set realistic goals for your life. Over the years, I’ve been accomplishing mine and you can too. I have now been married to my wife for almost a year (Aug 30) and will have my masters degree next spring to name a couple.

That’s the one thing you need to remember about this journey, it doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time. Work on yourself in all aspects of the medicine wheel and beautiful things will come to you. Put some trust and faith into Creator that your life will get better.

We’ve lost too many people to overdoses and other drug/alcohol related deaths before they even had a chance to live. Let’s work on rebuilding ourselves and our communities so that we don’t have to continue passing generational traumas. I love you all and I pray that this message sparks your spirit to remain sober or find sobriety.

I passed my Master’s thesis proposal defence! I will cross that stage again and have my Master’s degree by next spring. I am now one step closer to getting my PhD 🙏🏽 You can sit and complain about your life or you can make some decisions to better it. The choice will always be up to you ❤️

Happy birthday to me! 37 years around the sun. Grateful for health, sobriety, family and friends.

You have brought so much joy to my life. If you weren’t born when you were there is no doubt that I wouldn’t be here today. Thank you for being such a blessing in not only my life, but everyone who knows and loves you. I will always be here to help guide you on a good path. I will always be here if you just need an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. I love you more than words can say my girl ❤️ Everyone please wish my little baby grown up a happy birthday 🥺🥹

2025 was a beautiful year. I married my best friend, started a successful business with one of my closest bro’s, completed all classes for my Masters Degree, taught and graded my first university classes, and worked on my mental health and wellbeing.

I did my best to not post anything online as much this year. Instead, I wanted to live in the moments and build real life relationships. (This really helped my MH&WB)

2026 marks my 14th year of sobriety. In the beginning of walking this path, I couldn’t have imagined what my life would be like today. I’m so grateful for all of the people who have supported and loved me along this journey.

Some new goals for this year are to complete my masters thesis. Keep building this amazing roofing business. Build up the current relationships with those around me. Keep supporting and loving my wife unconditionally. Keep guiding my babies in a good way. Work on myself daily. Get into a healthy sleeping pattern. Lose 40-60lbs 😳 and become an overall healthier person, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I pray that this new year brings you and your loved ones positivity, love, prosperity, and growth in all aspects of life. I wish you nothing but good things that bring you peace and happiness ❤️
