Kleo Maxim Inc.

Happy Birthday to the man, the myth, the guy who somehow always has another job lined up… JIM! 😂🎂
Whether he’s on a job site, meeting with clients, or telling us how things were done back in the day, there’s never a dull moment with this guy.
The man behind the construction, the experience, and a whole lot of hard work. We wouldn’t have KleoMaxim without him.
Here’s to another year of building, making deals, and keeping us all on our toes! 🛠️🍻
Happy Birthday, Jim! Enjoy your day — we promise we won’t call you about work… unless it’s an emergency. 😂

For those of you who are new here, it’s time to meet the man behind it all.

Dimitrios “Jim” Stergiou — Founder & CEO of Kleo Maxim. 🧡

Every company has a beginning.

For Kleo Maxim, it began with Jim’s vision.

Long before there were divisions, teams, projects, clients or a growing family business, there was an idea of what Kleo Maxim could become — and Jim had the determination to build it.

Jim is the founder, visionary and driving force behind Kleo Maxim. His knowledge of construction, real estate, business and development has shaped the company from the ground up, but his greatest strength has always been his ability to see opportunity where others see obstacles.

He doesn’t simply look at what something is.

He sees what it could be.

A natural problem-solver and entrepreneur, Jim has built his reputation on experience, instinct, relationships and an unwavering belief that your name should mean something when you put it behind your work.

His standards became the company’s standards.

His vision became the company’s direction.

And his belief in building something bigger than himself became the foundation of Kleo Maxim.

Today, that original vision has grown into a company encompassing construction, real estate and cleaning, with Kristina working alongside him and their son Hercules representing the next generation.

And perhaps that is the greatest accomplishment of all.

Because Jim didn’t set out simply to build a company.

He set out to build something that could outlive him.

A reputation.
A name.
A future.
A family legacy.

Everything we are building today started with one person believing in what Kleo Maxim could become.

Meet Jim. Founder. CEO. Visionary.

The man behind the vision.
The foundation behind the company.
And the reason Kleo Maxim exists today.

From Vision… to Plan… to Reality.

BUILT IN CONFIDENCE.

For those of you who are new here, meet Kristina Stergiou, one of the driving forces behind Kleo Maxim. 🧡

Kristina brings the people, the standards, and the momentum to the business.

Strong-willed, fiercely determined and unapologetically particular about the Kleo Maxim name, she believes that how you do one thing is how you do everything. Her expectations are high, her attention to detail is relentless, and when she gives her word, she means it.

Kristina has a natural ability to build relationships, read a room, solve problems and make things happen. Whether she’s dealing with a client, coordinating a team, navigating a challenge or building a new business relationship, she leads with confidence, loyalty and a very clear expectation: do what you said you were going to do, and do it well.

She is passionate about growing Kleo Maxim without ever losing the values it was built on — integrity, accountability, hard work and taking pride in the name you put behind your work.

And while her business card may read Residential Cleaning Division, her role within Kleo Maxim goes far beyond a title. She is a builder of relationships, a protector of the brand and a driving force behind where the company is headed.

Alongside her husband Jim and their son Hercules, Kristina is helping build more than a successful company.

They’re building a family legacy — one they hope the next generation will continue to make their own.

Meet Kristina. Strong standards. Strong relationships. Zero shortcuts .

From Vision… to Plan… to Reality.

For those of you who are new here, meet Herc — Hercules Stergiou, Site Supervisor with Kleo Maxim. 🧡

Herc is an important part of what we do and, more importantly, an important part of who we are as a family-run business.

As Site Supervisor, Herc plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews and trades, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule. His strong understanding of site operations, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things properly make him an integral part of the Kleo Maxim team.

Growing up around the construction and real estate industries has given Herc a strong foundation and a practical understanding of what it takes to bring a project from plan to completion. He brings that knowledge, along with his own work ethic and perspective, to every project he oversees.

We’re incredibly proud to have the next generation working alongside us, taking an active role in the company and helping us continue to build what we hope will become a lasting family legacy.

So when you see Herc on one of our sites, now you know who he is. 😊

Meet Herc. Site Supervisor. The next generation of Kleo Maxim.
