Good day, everyone. Until the end of October, I will be doing stringed instrument set ups and repairs by donation. All proceeds will go to Terrace Regional Hospice Network.

I will no longer work on counterfeit guitars as it has come to my attention that after I work on them, they are being sold off as if they are the real deal. I will not play a part in you ripping off anyone. Taking advantage of people who don't know much beyond name brands and "does this play good or not" is terrible, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

If you bought a counterfeit or are looking at buying a counterfeit, that's fine. I have no issue with having a wall/art piece, or a banger you can work on or learn on without breaking your bank or your other instruments.

However, selling fake guitars as the real deal is huge scumbag behaviour. That being said - if it plays or sounds terrible: you made your bed, deal with it.

I am 100% positive there is a local shop that would take on this type of work, if need be.

It's finally spring! CONTEST TIME.

As wood likes to shift with the changes in temperature and humidity, it is a good time to look at setting those guitars up for the season.

Acoustic players: if your top is experiencing a bulge or a crack, don't give up! Although it is easy to justify purchasing a new guitar, more often than not the daunting issues your guitar may be experiencing can be fixed. Contact me to book a set up, restring, or repair.
