Whether it’s the therapist who embodies that attachment figure, the boss that uplifts you, a mentor who offers you guidance and support that you didn’t receive, a romantic relationship where you feel finally feel secure, your chosen family that has your back, your peers that shares your lived experience, special interest buddies that get you, it’s remarkable how we can find missing experiences in other human beings as we continue to grow and age.

It requires vulnerability and accountability to show up this way, and to let people in 🩷- that’s your work solo travellers!

In my work, my worldview, the foundational piece is self acceptance.

Our acts of self kindness and honouring our needs are so important and part of this messy process.

Though, they can only go so far if we don’t allow for/ make room for all of our parts to show up.

Acknowledging all parts of us to be here now, understanding all parts of us, getting curious about our relationship to our parts, and maybe accepting ourselves in all our messy humanness is

If this brings stuff up for you or it’s hard to hear and confusing, let’s talk.

Simply, the story of the body.
We all have a body, we all have a story to tell. The body carries wisdom of our joy, our pain and what wants to happen next ✨.
