🍁✨ Hello, Fall! ✨🍁
For many of us, Fall is a time for big decisions and new beginnings. Exactly 27 years ago, after a major heartbreak, I packed up my life and moved to Toronto, Canada.🇨🇦

I managed to transfer through work and started completely over. I had no friends or family around. I landed on a Saturday, and by Tuesday—right after the Labour Day weekend—I walked into my new office.

It was scary and the same time exhilarating but it was the best decision I ever made! To this day, I still absolutely love the fall smell in downtown Toronto, in front of Citi building near Union Station. 🌆🍂

As the leaves change, remember that change can be beautiful. May this beautiful new season bring all of us:

* 🌟 Fresh starts to build something new and beautiful
* 🕊️ Tranquility to heal, bring peace and balance to our hearts
* 💰 Abundance to fill our lives with joy and blessings

Wow! So true.

One of the biggest things you’ll have to learn when you decide to go after a bigger life is how to deal with “stoppers.”

Stoppers are the people who, often without even realizing it, get in the way of your goals and dreams.

It might be the spouse who doesn’t believe in the online business you’re exploring. The friend who tells you it’s too risky. The parent who thinks you should stick with the safe, traditional path. The coworker who laughs at your big goals. Or even someone who loves you deeply, but projects their own fears and limitations onto what you are capable of.

Most stoppers aren’t trying to hurt you. Often they think they’re protecting you. But their fear doesn’t have to become your fear. Their limitations don’t have to become your limitations.

And here’s something we don’t talk about enough: creating success will sometimes require you to become disagreeable with the people around you. Not disrespectful or combative, but willing to disagree. Willing to say, “I hear you, but I’m choosing differently.”

If I had waited for everyone around me to understand or approve of every decision I’ve made, my life would look very different today.

At some point, creating the life you want requires you to chart your own course. Do your research. Ask questions. Trust yourself. Make your own decisions. And be willing to move forward even when the people around you can’t yet see what you see.

You don’t need everyone to believe in your dream.

You need to believe in it enough to find out what’s possible.
