My names Devin. I love my beautiful family, building our salons, operating Viola, talking to people, doing calisthenics, and always striving for a tough challenge. I come from 20 years in the sales, construction, and project management business. 6 years ago my wife started her first hair salon which has led us on an incredible adventure. We found ourselves ordering so much hair that we thought, may as well become a distributor and so we became Viola Canada 🇨🇦 & USA 🇺🇸

This has become a very natural part of our business in the sense that we own and operate a successful salon with a busy schedule. Why does this matter? Because we really really understand what’s most important to you in operating your own business successfully. Excellent customer service is a must! Expectations are a must! Having the ability to contact our support by phone, text, or email with quick reply is a must! Problem solving is a must! We offer custom ordering because sometimes it’s needed. I’m ALWAYS happy to be on the phone with you to assist.

We know scheduling clients and making your own clients happy is first priority, so in the rare event that the hair has a manufacturing issue. We take this seriously and solve it…everytime. It’s most important that we hear you, and solve it immediately. Lastly on this note, I do my best to maximize your order window time frame and ship orders daily to ensure you’re getting the fastest shipping possible. I’ve been told this helps a lot!

One of my favourite parts of this business is the relationships I’ve built with our Viola clients. They have access to my personal/business phone number to get things done fast.
