Pinwheel Music

Pinwheel Music is a Toronto/Montreal-based artist services company for musicians - run by musicians. Our philosophy is to gather all the services independent artists need under one roof: we run a record label, offer management and consulting services, handle publicity, write grant applications, book and manage tours etc. We look at the big picture as well as the minute details, in other words, we cover everything from career management to poster design. We can also hook you up with the some of the best photographers, video artists, studios, musicians & producers at preferred rates. With 3 JUNO nominations (Canada's Grammy equivalent) and more than 15 years combined experience of touring in North America, Europe and Japan we at Pinwheel understand the reality and everyday needs of independent touring artists better than most. Our team consists of three music lovers promoting great artists in four languages. Can't afford to hire a publicist or a manager? We know how hard it is for indie acts to find the money to promote their art. That's why we offer DIY Publicity Workshops and career management consultation at affordable rates. We take questions at info [at] pinwheelmusic.com

Past and present clients include Jayme Stone, Elizabeth Shepherd, John Southworth, Jaron Freeman-Fox, Kiran Ahluwalia, Fish & Bird, Morlove, Jenny Ritter, Sienna Dahlen, Coco Love Alcorn, OZERE, Aviva Chernick, Corin Raymond and MC Abdominal.
