Korean Leaders International Network Consortium


The vision of the Korean Leaders International Network Consortium (K-LINC) is to build and strengthen Korean communities around the globe by fostering strong leadership among young Korean leaders living abroad. Through innovative programs and conferences, K-LINC prepares young leaders to be emerging leaders for global transformation, promotes civic leadership, and offers productive networking opportunities. Mostly geared towards second- and third-generation Koreans, K-LINC’s mission is to build and enhance a robust community of young Korean leaders across the continents to increase awareness of Korean-specific cultural issues, share ideas to overcome our unique challenges, create a meaningful network of mentors and mentees, and offer strategic opportunities for growth and advancement. A non-profit organization based in Toronto, Canada, K-LINC seeks to increase advocacy in our respective communities, provide pertinent tools to create a worldwide network of young leaders, and offer international seminars and conferences. In addition, with its altruistic focus, K-LINC encourages its members to connect and increase their voices in society as well as support and contribute back to the communities in notable ways.
