Team Unbreakable is an NPO improving youth mental health through physical activity.
We train community leaders to deliver our free program, combining physical and mental health education with a running schedule, in schools and community organizations. Team Unbreakable is a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to improving youth mental health through physical activity. We train and support community leaders to deliver our free 8-week program in schools and community organizations, combining physical and mental health education with a structured running schedule that builds toward a 5K run. By pairing movement with mental health learning, we help young people build lasting healthy habits and a stronger sense of well-being. We also host community 5K events in Toronto twice a year, open to anyone who wants to run in support of youth mental health.

Everyone, meet Potato.
Last week, Potato was selected as the official mascot of the Team Unbreakable club at Legacy PS. Potato was then carried through the heat for the entire 5K (a true hot potato) by one very determined student, because of course Potato needed to earn the prizes too. We are so proud of Potato and the whole TU club. Congratulations to every single finisher.🏅🥔

💕 for everyone
The participants at this year’s Fun & Fearless 5K showed our photo booth a lot of love (and a lot of heart hands 💙), which is really everything we could hope for.
