- Raisin, Date, & Apricot - 2.99 ea + hst

We will also have a very special focaccia on Easter Sunday:
Allium & Ricotta!
It will include several kinds of onion/garlic (alliums) in the dough, and fresh spring green onions on top!

Finally, the week AFTER easter we will be closed for some recovery time.

We have amazing jams and preserves from Pontypool Pantry, a small batch, two-person company operating out of Barrie ON, using locally grown fruit, and ultra clean simple recipes. No chemicals or preservatives.

We have our own house-made sourdough croutons and baguette crisps as always! And our house baking flours, for any baking enthusiasts.

We have mustards from the amazing
Produced right here in the GTA.

We have granola from . They are also ultra-local, the founders live just a few minutes from our bakery!

We also have coffee beans from an east-end staple, always delivering the highest quality.

Finally we have gift cards! Which can also be redeemed for fresh baked goods, as well as dry goods! If you prefer to leave it up to your recipient.

Drop by anytime from now until the 21st to stock up!
We are closed from the 22nd onward, except for our special pickup only days: the 24th and 31st.

This is our third Christmas since opening, and it's an honour to continue improving our craft, and share our baking this holiday season!

The special focaccia, and chocolate babka, will also be available Sunday Dec. 21st, for those celebrating Chanukah!

Regular days/hours of business extend up to Sunday Dec. 21st.
After that we will be open only for the holiday pre-order days noted above.
In 2026 we will be closed in January, re-open in February.

We've had our hands full with our new equipment, but we have finally had time to prepare a few Thanksgiving specials!!

In addition to our regular offering we will have:
