Spend a day slowing down, reconnecting, and discovering what is ready to emerge through the wisdom of horses and the creative process of clay.
Your experience begins with a private one-on-one session alongside one of our ten horses. Guided through a heart-centered connection meditation, you'll have the opportunity to be fully present with your equine partner. Horses naturally respond to our energy rather than our words, offering honest, nonjudgmental reflections that can bring awareness to the patterns, emotions, and ways of being we may not always recognize ourselves.
This experience invites you to pause and ask meaningful questions: What am I creating in my life? Who and what am I surrounding myself with? How am I showing up in my relationships, my work, and my everyday experiences? The horse becomes a living mirror, offering gentle insight that can deepen self-awareness and invite authentic transformation.
After the morning sessions, we'll gather for a delicious catered lunch, allowing time to relax, connect, and reflect on the experiences of the day.
In the afternoon, you'll transition into a mindful hand-building pottery workshop. Beginning with a slow, intentional walk around the farm, you'll gather inspiration from the natural world. Its textures, shapes, stories, and quiet beauty. Guided by those reflections and the insights from your time with the horses, you'll create a unique clay piece by hand. Rather than focusing on perfection, this process encourages curiosity, presence, and creative expression, allowing your inner experience to take form in something tangible.
This is more than a workshop, it's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through nature, animals, creativity, and community. No previous experience with horses or pottery is necessary—only a willingness to be present, explore, and create.
Come as you are. Leave with greater clarity, a handcrafted keepsake, and a renewed connection to yourself.

Expecting fairness may be keeping some of us stuck.
The Guru Granth Sahib Ji reminds us that life unfolds according to Hukam (the Divine Order). We don't control every outcome, and not every person will treat us justly. When we become attached to the belief that life owes us fairness before we can find peace, we hand our inner state over to external circumstances we cannot control.
This doesn't mean accepting oppression or ignoring injustice. Sikh teachings consistently stand for righteousness (dharam), compassion, and defending those who are vulnerable. But they also distinguish between acting from truth and being emotionally imprisoned by expectations.
If our peace depends on everyone behaving fairly, we'll spend much of life waiting.

This face product quickly became the best seller of all of our products. People are calling it magic in a bottle. And I can understand why, because of the clean, pure, and organic ingredients, and also just the ratio and blend of ingredients, giving it the perfect texture. The essential oils are perfect for skin health, but the scent of this unique combination is what really gets me. I love love love the earthiness of the vetiver and frankincense, paired with barely noticeable floral and light lavender.
You won't know how good it is until you try it. And it's restocked now!
It's specifically for the face and the decolette, and it can be for spot treatment on the body as well if needed - Rashes, eczema, psoriasis, cuts, burns, etc etc. I just don't suggest lathering your whole body in it 🤣

Fear and intuition can feel surprisingly similar when you've spent a long time living in survival mode.
Fear often asks for immediate action. It contracts, protects, and pulls from past experiences. Intuition, on the other hand, creates space. It speaks more quietly, inviting curiosity, possibility, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Learning the difference isn't always easy. It requires self-awareness, reflection, and the willingness to pause before reacting. Over time, we begin to recognize the patterns that belong to fear and the wisdom that belongs to intuition.
The journey isn't about eliminating fear. It's about creating enough safety within ourselves to hear what lies beneath it.

There is a quiet connection between stories, containers, design, and function.
This collection brings together handcrafted pottery inspired by the natural world where form is shaped by intention and meaning is held in every surface. The animal-inspired pieces draw from the presence and patterns of jaguars, while the glazes reflect landscapes shaped by earth, water, and fire.
Deep blacks, warm browns, speckled creams each finish carries its own expression, echoing the raw beauty of natural elements in motion. Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, designed to bring a sense of character, connection, and presence into everyday rituals.
This collection is a celebration of craft and nature, and the beauty found in both precision and imperfection.
Only in ig can we take four weeks of work and make it look effortless in 40 seconds.
These mugs were a custom collaboration with and I'm so excited for her gifts to get into your hands.
Inspired by female prowess, nourishment, and the journey of becoming, these mugs took shape in our minds together without any doubt. We wanted to combine the cheetah collection with the fire collection, and to be honest, it's a vibe. Made a few for myself too 🫶
The desire to help others is often where we begin, but it’s important to understand what that truly means within us. Without awareness, helping can shift into fixing, and fixing can lead to burnout, resentment, and emotional fatigue.
Sometimes, we’re not trying to save others, we’re trying to avoid sitting with our own discomfort.

You are not meant to avoid life, you are meant to move through it.
We often get caught in the idea that healing means staying calm, untouched, or perfectly balanced at all times. But the truth is, life naturally brings moments of stress, activation, and emotional intensity.
What matters is not avoiding those moments, but learning how to stay aware within them. To notice what is happening in your body. To understand your patterns. And to build the capacity to respond with more choice, rather than automatic reaction.
Resilience is not about never feeling overwhelmed. It’s about trusting that you can move through what arises, and find your way back to yourself again.
This is where real growth happens, not in perfection, but in participation with life as it is.
