It was first whole animal menu and he killed it!
This was the dessert course from last nights bison dinner.
BONE MARROW FRENCH TOAST
roasted bison marrow bone, HK style french toast layered with peanut butter and condensed milk. Topped with strawberry jam, whipped creme fraiche, and ontario maple syrup.
