In honour of 15 years I’m getting vulnerable in sharing some of my successes!

I decided to post this not to brag, but for all the businesses that are in a good spot but feel the need to celebrate quietly as they see all the posts about businesses closing and struggling through difficult times. It’s also for the entrepreneurs debating whether or not to start a business when they keep seeing posts that are highlighting closures and challenges. It’s not easy running a business, there are many ups and downs, every day is a decision to show up again and every year brings with it something new. After 15 years, I feel proud to say that Scout feels like a success story. We’re still here and we’ve got a lot to be proud of and grateful for. I hope that inspires others to take a chance on their dreams💛
