Peel Regional Police say a woman who met a man through an online dating platform was allegedly deceived after communicating with him for several weeks. 😳
Police allege the suspect stole keys to her home and gun locker, then returned and stole two legally owned fi****ms and am******on. 🔑🏠🔫
Investigators later arrested 42-year-old Jason Randolph Blake Bowden, who police say has an extensive criminal history and was wanted by multiple police services across Canada.

🚨🚗 ONE CALL FROM A CONCERNED CITIZEN LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGES! 👀📞
A late-night call from a concerned member of the public sparked a police investigation outside an apartment building on Old Muskoka Road in Gravenhurst.
According to Bracebridge OPP, officers responded around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday and arrested 33-year-old Mellisa Fougere of Bracebridge.
She was charged with: 🚔 Impaired operation
🍺 Over 80
🚫 Driving while under suspension
She is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on November 3, 2026.

🚨🚔 TWO TORONTO POLICE OFFICERS INJURED IN REXDALE CRASH 🚔🚨
A routine vehicle break-in call turned into a serious crash early Thursday morning in Rexdale. 😳
Police say officers responded around 2:30 a.m. near Islington Ave. & Elmhurst Dr. after reports of a vehicle break-in. Two vehicles were seen fleeing the area, and one allegedly crashed into a police cruiser. 🚗💥🚔
👮‍♂️👮‍♀️ Two officers were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
🚨 The driver of the vehicle that crashed was arrested and taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries.
⚠️ Police briefly pursued the second vehicle, but it escaped and remains OUTSTANDING. No suspect description has been released.
📍 Elmhurst Drive is closed between Islington and Turpin avenues. Drivers are being asked to use alternate routes.

🚨 FORMER JAIL GUARD PLEADS GUILTY IN DEADLY HWY. 400 ROAD-RAGE CRASH 🚔💥
Alicia Beerdat, 40, of Orangeville, has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death after a deadly Highway 400 crash near Cookstown in April 2024.
⚠️ Court heard that Beerdat was driving a Tesla when her vehicle and a Chevrolet Equinox became involved in a series of lane changes over nearly 6 kilometres, with speeds reaching about 140 km/h.
💥 The Equinox eventually attempted to pass on the left shoulder, crashed into the centre barrier and overturned into the northbound lanes.
🕯️ Fabian Acuna, 21, of Mississauga, was killed.
🚗 Six vehicles were involved in the collision, although no other serious injuries were reported in Tuesday's proceedings.
👩‍⚖️ Beerdat's sentencing is expected to be addressed when the case returns to court on November 26. A pre-sentence report has been ordered.
