African Music Week

African Music Week (AMW) is Africa’s only non-continental music conference that caters specifically to the business and cultures of the billion dollar industry we affectionately label Hip Hop, R&B, Afro Pop, Afro beats and African music. Africa & some of the world’s hottest and most sought after producers and entertainers, executives and directors will converge on Toronto Canada. This seven day, multi facet platform offers entertaining events and highly informative panels covering a mixture of topics from savvy online and mobile technology, distribution opportunities and unique marketing strategies. With a speakers panel that reads more like the “who is who” in the music industry, attendees will get answers to frequently asked questions. Our goal is to empower attendees with information, knowledge, networks and how to platforms to launch and maintain a career in the 21 century music industry.
