✅ I will always strive to give more than I receive, as far as I’m able.
✅ I will prioritize my health, staying active and strong—because a fit body supports a sharp mind, resilient spirit, and unstoppable momentum.

Where has this led me? To favor, joy, and momentum!

It’s easy to get discouraged when results don’t come as fast as we want. But sometimes, the key isn’t a new strategy - it’s self-reflection. Take a step back and recognize how far you’ve already grown!

If you're feeling stuck, you don’t need another fix - you need to embrace the process and learn to celebrate your progress. A strong mind and body are essential to carrying out your purpose. Growth is happening, even when you don’t see it immediately!

If something was *free*, but kept you from attending an "expensive" event that has the *one* thing that changes your life and business for the better, which one costs more?

In our current season, if coaching or an event is free or less cost in dollars, but does not help move the lever in business, it is too costly ..
. it detracts from purpose by taking the resources of time, energy, and attention that could be applied somewhere else that works more efficiently.

In the end, it's alignment with your goals that reaps the potential results you're seeking.

The rest could potentially be a distraction - just shiny objects.

In my early 20s, I walked alone—not by choice, but because deep healing required it. No real friends, just me and God. The solitude was painful cause I wasn't used to it but in it, I grew deep roots in Him. And as I changed, so did everything around me. Favor followed, doors opened, and life aligned.

The past tried to pull me back—old desires. But I had outgrown them. Healing rewires you. What once felt important no longer mattered. Instead, I began attracting what was truly meant for me as I showed up with a new lens and ultimately, a newfound sense of identity.

One is not better than the other. I’ve learned it's important to have both—solitude and community—but the key is discerning your season too. There’s a time to be alone and let God do the deep work, and a time to walk with others and build. Rushing ahead without healing leads to shallow connections. But staying isolated too long can also stunt your growth, and be quite spiritually dangerous. We are wired to exist in community after all. Wisdom is knowing when to embrace each. And it doesn't have to be black and white, either or.

If you’re being called to the secret place with Him, lean in—He's shaping you. If you’re in community, build with the right people and also lean in, because He's also shaping you. Understanding your season + the right priorities = unstoppable growth. 💥
