When Kim bought Lakeview Properties Wanaka Properties in Wanaka, New Zealand, she inherited 25 properties run entirely on spreadsheets. Then New Zealand's marketplace GST rules changed, and a manual process that was merely painful became genuinely unworkable: around 200 invoices to create by hand, every single month.
