A little Dolly wisdom. A little cheese magic. Who doesn’t love the cheese pull?!

A cheese pull might only last a few seconds on camera, but getting it to look just right is definitely an art.

The right cheese, the right temperature, the right timing — and then you have to actually get the pull while everything is still looking perfect.

These are the kinds of little details that go into food styling that most people never see in the finished shot. Nobody sees the prep and the stress leading up to the glory. Oh and don’t forget to be ready for multiple takes because it’s never just one pizza!

Patience, precision... and a lot of heat.

I’m Noah. I’ve been styling delicious food for over 20 years.

Here’s a little behind the scenes of a pizza pull already rigged and ready for it’s moment! This was for the packaging of a stuffed crust frozen pizza. We had to shoot multiple skus and they all had to have the same vibe and pull. Just another day and another challenge.
