Seems harmless, right? But phishing scams are getting smarter, sleeker, and a lot harder to spot.

Here are few tips to protect yourself:
- Never click on links in unexpected messages.
- Hover before you click to inspect where the link actually leads.
- Always verify the sender's full email address.
- Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on every account you can.

When in doubt, navigate directly to the official website instead of clicking links in an email or message.

How do literacy and essential skills impact adults finding and keeping meaningful work?

United for Literacy / Littératie Ensemble and Blueprint, with partial funding from the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success program, are conducting a research project to better understand how literacy and essential skills help adults prepare for, find, and maintain employment—and how programs across Canada can serve them better.

To make sure this work reflects real life, they are inviting organizations that deliver adult literacy, adult education, and/or employment-related services to share their perspectives (one response per organization) on what is happening across the sector and how individuals (adults aged 25–54 with low literacy skills) move through programs and pathways to employment.

The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and includes questions about your programs, the populations you serve, how services are delivered, and how you connect individuals to other supports.
