Opinions create debate. Debate is a social conditioned focus of attention in educational institutions. In debates though one needs to prepare by doing research before stating their perspective. Opinions cause real world consequences, especially in mental health and wellness in speakers and listeners. , , , , , ,

Each person we share too much information with will often begin the conditioning in our inner thinking patterns from the reflections of their responses. Responds often not grounded in supporting the speaker, but rather reflecting their own opinions. Often the opinions lack any real life experiences and are simply personal projections. Projections that are often contrary to what was originally shared. Most people will share as they need clarity and empathy and as dialogues that provide this are not the focus in education the responses heard will be reflective of debate through opinions and perspectives. The person needing clarity will embrace what they are hearing and integrate it into their thinking which becomes cluttered with doubt and uncertainty interfering with self value in making choices and decisions. supports decluttering the mind of other peoples debate style opinions and projections to increase personal sovereignty for experiencing self value, confidence and wisdom in making solid choices moving forward. The learning patterns she employs are focused on experiencing and consideration that is inclusive of inner processing and functional movement, dialogue, emotions and felt senses. Consideration is given to the environment stimulus. In addition to the previous post that has a focus on somatic dialogue and listening, this infographic demonstrates the principles of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education. These are the foundational principles I layered into the articulation patterns in communication and listening skill development creating opportunities for active mindfulness guided by the somatic awareness versus beginning with alocked in perspective. The difference in leading with a somatic focus is the broader range of information that is available. Beginning with a perspective in comparison is a very limited view point. It's the difference between expansiveness and flourishing and closed and suffocating. , , , , ,

I have been exploring how somatic focus enhances communication through mindful awareness and connection since facilitating a study group of spiritual practitioners of different faiths for 4 years that overlapped the start of a 4 year intense training in the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education. I recognized there was a gap in the connection to inner and outer articulation that truly reflected somatic awareness from the perspective of being a somatic empath myself, so spent the next 20 years sorting it out for myself and my students. My intention was human flourishing. For the past 10 years the coaching turned teaching moments has been engaged in acutely heated and chaotic situations where the potential was evident through the experience. In the course of working with heated and on fire events I developed a pattern to break down the dialogue into manageable points of focus that gives perspective in even the most difficult moments of disconnection. The most important aspect of this pattern is that it is simple and cuts through opinions, believes and interpretations through it's focus, and of course through the novelty. It's simple and unfamiliar, so as a novel experience it creates a pause. Recent posts have hinted at some of the activities I have been creating to support the guided pattern that will be coming this fall. The release of these activities followed a long stretch of sharing the background and foundation to get a solid impression of the inspiration for it. I am currently getting help in developing a interesting and beautifully themed activity series to support these guided patterns. Patterns within patterns that layer integration. The foundational activities will be released before the dialogue pattern, as they reflect the nuggets achieved through the discovery of learning through the process of being actively engaged with the materials to speak on them from having 25 plus year apprenticeship with them. The guided patterns can be shaped to your specific needs and environment versus set patterns people need to adapt to.
