Our latest study shows that farm family members have decent mental health literacy and help-seeking attitudes—but gaps remain. Men, those with less education, and regular farm workers scored significantly lower.

The good news? Better literacy is linked to stronger intentions to seek help.

🚧 Many construction workers suffer from musculoskeletal disorders – a clear link to poor ergonomic conditions.

🔹 Most affected areas: lower back, knees, shoulders, and neck
🔹 Majority of workers are at high or very high ergonomic risk
🔹 High-risk workers are significantly more likely to develop WMSDs

Better posture, tools, and training can reduce the risk.
