Fundamental Analysis 📚

The dow briefly touched 36,000 level this morning but was rejected right away like all new highs do.

Market sentiment is currently very positive for the following reasons:

Vaccination approval for kids 💉
Earnings season very positive 📈

What to look for in the next few weeks:

Oil price increases doesn’t bode well for equity markets. ⛽️

Inflation increase because of supply chain issues and labor shortages. 🚢

Institutions are looking to take profits for their clients soon seeing how it’s been a phenomenal year for investors. 📈

Federal reserve to start tapering asset purchases starting in November and wanting to stop it completely by mid 2022. Any news release of wanting to do it sooner could be bearish. 🐻

In my opinion we are definitely due for a correction especially with where markets are currently. Fortunately, our strategy allows us to profit in all market conditions so get ready for some wild runs. 📈
