Derrière KYSKO, il y a Laura. 🤍
We are all KYSKO. ✨

Three days immersed in the world of Lagree ✨
Last week, Laura Kosinski, Founder of Kysko, joined the global Lagree community at the annual Lagree Summit.
Three days of workouts, hands-on sessions, inspiring conversations and meaningful connections with studio owners, trainers and Lagree enthusiasts from around the world.
A great reminder that as Kysko continues to grow, staying curious, learning and being part of the Lagree community remain at the heart of what we do. 🤍
You’ve just finished your Lagree class but somehow you’re already ready for the next one.🔥
If you know, you know. 👀
📲 Book your next class on the KYSKO app.
Go deeper, get curious, and refine your practice. ✨
A workshop is more than just another class: it’s an opportunity to slow down, explore, ask questions and take your Pilates practice or teaching to the next level.
Whether you’re a student or a teacher, there’s always more to explore.🤍
Discover our upcoming workshops in the Kysko app.
5 hours. Hundreds of cues. Endless demos and corrections… and your brain officially decides to clock out! 🫠
We still think you’re sharp though, instructors. 🫡✨
Don’t let the pretty machines and studio vibes fool you. Lagree is not here to play.
It’s slow, controlled, low impact… and somehow has your whole body on fire by the end. The kind of burn you learn to love. 🔥
