For the past week or so, our staff and guests have been discovering these little gems tucked away in hidden nooks and crannies around the resort😊.

Each one is a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork, hand-painted with its own unique design.

A huge thank you to our wonderful guests, Joy & Fiona, for gifting us these beautiful painted rocks.

Your thoughtful creativity has bought smiles to both our team and guests, and these little treasures have become a fun and heartwarming part of exploring the resort.

💗 A junior Sunset Superstar is born 💗

A few weeks ago we bid farewell to one of our wonderful superstar housekeeping team member Maiana.

On Thursday, 18 June, Maiana and her partner, Dan, welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world😍

Excited to welcome this precious baby to our Sunset Resort family and from all of us at Sunset Resort, we wish Maiana, Dan, and their little girl all the very best for this exciting journey.

Congratulations, Maiana & Dan!💓

Our friendly resort dog loves a pat and can usually be found following Kev around the resort.

But when Kev is away, the Aunties quickly become her favorite people - especially if treats, cuddles, or extra attention are involved 😁

Inspection and judging took place on Thursday 28 May, and we have already seen some drama in the competition..

💔 Pineapple Lumps – Tragically flattened by... something? Unfortunately, Sefo is out.

🕵️ Goldy Horn – Nowhere to be found! "Stolen"... or was it ever planted in the first place? Bill is out.

🚫 Sunburst & Pinezilla – Two little gems discovered hiding away in the forbidden garden. Unfortunately, this means DISQUALIFIED! Sorry Hailey and Tina!

That means 17 is now 13!

Kia Orana and Welcome to our first guests arriving direct into “Rarotonga from Brisbane” and “Rarotonga from Christchurch”.

Our guests stepped straight off the plane, and into holiday mode!☺️
