Official Statement Regarding the Departure of Former CEO Mr. Debo Hu

Recently, our company has become aware of inaccurate online reports regarding the employment status of former Chief Executive Officer Mr. Debo Hu. To avoid public misunderstanding, we hereby issue the following clarification:

Mr. Debo Hu previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Kepler Robot Co., Ltd., overseeing the company’s overall business operations. Since June 2025, Mr. Hu has no longer held the position of CEO and subsequently focused solely on sales and marketing-related responsibilities.

During the same period, the company terminated his equity incentive arrangements, and the corresponding shares were duly transferred. By the end of 2025, the company and Mr. Hu reached a mutual agreement regarding his departure through friendly consultation. To ensure a smooth organizational transition, the company did not make a detailed public announcement regarding the CEO transition at that time. Mr. Hu officially left the company in February 2026.

Since June 2025, the company has systematically optimized its management and R&D teams while introducing a new generation of technical talent. Significant breakthroughs have been achieved in embodied AI architecture, hierarchical VTLA models, and related technologies. The Kepler K2 “Bumblebee” humanoid robot has successfully completed deployment validation across multiple industrial scenarios.

On the commercial side, the company has also maintained strong momentum. Revenue for Q1 2026 has already exceeded 50% of the company’s total revenue for the full year of 2025, with outstanding orders surpassing RMB 47 million. In terms of capital markets, the company has successfully completed multiple rounds of financing in 2026.

The company currently maintains strong operational performance and a clear strategic direction. Following organizational optimization and strategic restructuring, Kepler is entering a new stage of scalable growth and enhanced competitiveness.
