Today marks a truly historic milestone for Cyprus.

We are proud to announce the completion and handover of the first apartment building delivered under the Government's KTIZO Housing Scheme. Even more remarkably, this building is also the first Certified Passive House Plus apartment building in Cyprus.

This achievement demonstrates that affordable housing and the highest standards of energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability can go hand in hand. The residents will enjoy exceptional indoor comfort, outstanding air quality, very low energy consumption, and significantly reduced living costs.

This project is the result of the dedication and collaboration of all those involved—from the Town Planing Deprtment, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to every worker who contributed to making this vision a reality.

We are honoured to have been part of a project that sets a new benchmark for social housing and sustainable construction in Cyprus.
