📝 Ingredients:
🔸 400 g peeled and cleaned shrimp
🔸 300 g fettuccine pasta
🔸 1 red bell pepper, sliced
🔸 3 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 1 tbsp olive oil
🔸 1 tbsp butter
🔸 1 cup cooking cream
🔸 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🔸 ½ cup reserved pasta water
🔸 ½ tsp paprika
🔸 ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
🔸 ½ tsp oregano
🔸 Salt and black pepper to taste
🔸 Chopped fresh parsley
🔸 Fresh lemon juice
🔸 Smoked paprika, optional 🌶️

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.
2️⃣ Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan. Cook the shrimp until golden, then set aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, sauté the garlic and red bell pepper until slightly softened.
5️⃣ Add the cooking cream, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Simmer gently.
6️⃣ Add Parmesan cheese and pasta water gradually, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
7️⃣ Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
8️⃣ Return the shrimp to the pan and toss for about 1 minute.
9️⃣ Finish with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. 🍋🌿
