Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours/day (Sunday – Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company before courts, prosecution, police stations, and government entities.
• Draft, review, and finalize all legal notices, lawsuits, court filings, and contract claims.
• Manage ex*****on procedures, dispute resolutions, and administrative legal operations for real estate projects.
• Oversee and finalize all administrative legal documentation and contract follow-ups accurately.

Requirements:
• 5 years of litigation experience (Law firm background preferred).
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong background and hands-on experience with FIDIC conditions of contract and real estate legalities.
•Active registration with the Egyptian Bar Association.
• Strong command of Civil, Commercial, and Real Estate laws with excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.

• Plan and manage the production workflow and distribute tasks among carpenters and production teams.

• Monitor the entire production process and ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspect and approve finished items before packaging, loading, and delivery.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture).

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Practical, hands-on personality with strong follow-up and leadership skills.
