Con este pastel de Oreo Golden todos los que cumplen años en febrero van a ser más felices, promesa Oreo 💙🎂
🔹Ingredientes:
-500gr de galleta Oreo Golden
-200gr de azúcar
-15gr de levadura
-3 huevos
-100ml de aceite de oliva
-200ml de leche
🔹Paso a paso:
1. Tritura las Oreo Golden
2. Mezcla azúcar junto con los huevos y mezcla bien
3. Agregar aceite y leche hasta tener una mezcla homogénea
4. Agregar la Oreo triturada y mezcla con polvo para hornear
5. Llévalo a un recipiente para horno por 25 minutos a 180 grados
6. Bate la mantequilla hasta tener una textura suave
7. Mezcla con azúcar glass y agrega el queso crema hasta tener una textura firme
8. Luego de que enfríe la torta decórala de la forma que prefieras y disfruta

Para un antojito de media tarde 😝
🔹Ingredientes:
-4 paquetes de Oreo troceadas
-1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
-1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
-75gr de azúcar blanca
-100gr de azúcar morena
-125gr de mantequilla
-80gr de chocolate blanco
-220gr de harina
🔹 Paso a Paso:
1. A la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente agrega los dos tipos de azúcar y mezcla hasta tener una textura uniforme
2. Agrega la esencia de vainilla y el huevo, mezcla bien
3. Agrega la harina tamizada junto con el polvo para hornear y mezcla con movimientos envolventes
4. Agrega el chocolate junto con las Oreo, integra todo
5. Haz bolitas con una cuchara para helado y ponlas sobre una bandeja para horno, luego llévalo a nevera por 1 hora
6. Hornea de 12-15 minutos y disfruta
