After years of questioning how to create a comprehensive public program that genuinely responds to the learning design needs of the MENA region, we have finally made it happen:
The PRISM Learning Experience 🪶 by The Catalyst
PRISM is a gamified, practical and intensive 9-week learning experience built for people who want to move beyond theory and design learning that actually works.
From learning foundations, analysis and research to content creation, basic authoring and evaluation, you will build real workplace outputs at every stage and graduate with a portfolio-ready collection of sample deliverables that proves what you can do.
During the program, learners will receive:
🔷 The interactive PRISM Playbook in hard copy
🔷 One month of full access to a dedicated LMS
🔷 Downloadable templates, samples and resources
🔷 eLearning reinforcements
🔷 A structured, gamified social-cohort experience
The program will be delivered through a hybrid mix of synchronous in-person and virtual sessions. Up to three sessions per week:
🔷9 weeks.
🔷85 hours.
🔷21 learning days.
Yes, it is a big one 😉
And we will only accept 12 learners per cohort.
As always, this is a performance-based experience where your effort determines the outcome you earn. You will be evaluated individually, but during graduation, your work will also be evaluated collectively with your House or faction.
Throughout the experience, you and your faction will compete against the others for the pride and glory of recovering the shattered PRISM of Ma’at and restoring balance to the ancient world 🪙
📅 The program begins on 21 November 2026 and ends on 23 January 2027.

ومش قادر يستحمل كمية الكلام المطاطي اللي بيلف في سوق الL&D متنكر في هيئة “خبرة”و على الاغلب هو أراء اكثر ما يكون مبني على مصادر صلبة.

هدفها بسيط جدًا:
نقاش عملي، تفكير واضح، نقاش بين زمايل المهنة وكلام ميستهلكش أكسجين بدون داعٍ. على مدار 3 جلسات، هنفتح 3 مواضيع من النوع اللي كل شوية يطلع حواليها:
لخبطة, جدال, و هلك كتير.
أنا و فريق كتاليست هناقش الأسئلة اللي بنشوفها تتكرر باستمرار في مجال الـ L&D، خصوصًا الأسئلة اللي السوق أحيانًا بيجاوب عليها بثقة زيادة اوي. ثقة اغلب الكبار في السوق الدولي صعب تكون عندهم. ف حنرد بمصادر و ربنا يدينا على قد نيتنا بقى.
