Why psychosomatic work supports
cancer patients undergoing treatment:

Psychosomatic work taps into the intelligence of the body. It helps the patient to deeply connect to their own biology, attune to it, and bring it into coherence.

But most of all, it allows the patient to listen to what their body is wanting to say. When we stop and really attune to the body, it will speak to us. Hearing what the body has to say supports the biology’s work to re-regulate and heal.

Most people have experienced moments in their life where their biology was not supported in the ways it needed.

That is why creating space for attunement while also increasing mental, emotional, and biological coherence is of tremendous help to one’s healing process. It is responding to what the body and biology has been deeply yearning for.

In addition, we can amplify the body’s capacity to heal and to reorganize optimally by learning how to become more available to the organizing power of the field, which is the ultimate support.

This is why we have created the Organizing Field™ sessions where we combine psychosomatic practices with putting the biology into an optimal state of availability for healing and biological reorganization.

Anyone undergoing treatment can benefit from the power of deep body listening, enhancing coherence, and enhancing the field’s capacity to support the biology as it searches to rebalance and find a new homeostasis.

“I have a list of all the things that changed for me in the last few months and I’ve just been adding to it and it’s just been really wonderful to reccognize how strong the work was and how amazing I feel now!”—DS

One of the surprising discoveries of working with the “Organizing Field”, is clients going into states of Bliss! during sessions.

We simply proceed to deeply attune to what is present in their bodies, sensations, and emotions. Then, with this deep bond created, something starts happening, a softening, an opening, a contentment that grows, until the clients are like… we don’t want to stop this.

One client even told me that it was like he was on a mushroom trip, and yet, we were just deeply attuned… and they reached a deep place of opening that felt blissful.

In this age of chaos, overwhelm, over-busy, and constant demands, who doesn’t want a little more Bliss! in their life, more coherence, more peace… bathing in the field of unconditional love. Who doesn’t need a little more stillness in their life today?

Once you know you have access to this, you also know it is available to you. You start learning how easy it is to go “home.”

Here I am working with Brand Specialist, the talented , who knows that consciousness is going to play an important role in how business evolves… and she is pioneering the way! I Loved supporting her in this exploration!

6 Signs you have entered

CO-CREATIVE

Consciousness when healing chronic conditions.

Number 1.

You know that the content of your life is your curriculum

Number 2.

You take full responsibility for your chronic patterns, your life, and your health

Number 3

You know that healing is a “remembering” and an invitation to upgrade your consciousness

Number 4

When you reach out for help and support, you know that you are still in the drive’rs seat, and the dynamic force behind success.

Number 5

Space holders are very helpful for going deeper, and it is still your willingness, openness, and courage to look and access your body’s self-healing properties that make the difference.

Number 6

You hold a vision of your perfect health in your mind’s eye and you know your commitment to it makes the difference.

SUCCESS!

When operating from a “co-creative consciousness” to heal, you amplify all support that comes your way, you release all resistance, and you make true progress. You know that health is actually the truth.

Three cheers 🥂 for The Mani Gill Show! We had a blast 💥 talking about working through, at times difficult, s*xual dynamics and various psychosomatic practices that help the biology restore itself after dysregulation to support the process of remembering who we are.

Very honoured to be in the presence of this pioneer and courageous woman—wanting to take on the real nitty gritty that is often shoved under the carpet.

Blessings to you ! The podcast is in the shop, in the very capable hands of Tamir, the brainchild behind the Yaletown Studios—Yaletown Podcast.

Looking forward to seeing the results! And my… very expressive… body language 🤣 🤣 🤣

The one thing that can get in the way of healing or breaking through any chronic conditions in your life:

Victim Consciousness.

The signs that you are still in victim consciousness;

Number 1: What is happening to you is still everyone else’s fault or simply it’s”happening” to you, you are at the “effect” of.

Number 2: You still hope someone is going to save you, heal you, without being the driving force behind the change you are seeking.

Number 3: You avoid the very thing that is glaring right in front of you, that would make the difference

Number 4: You have excuses. —You have many excuses for yourself, many judgements of others, and projections.

Number 5: You are somehow attached, have some sort of pay off or use your unwanted condition to shield yourself from moving forward in life and making changes, perhaps avoiding feeling unwanted emotions or sensations

Number 6: The solution is “out there,” rather than inside. Which can involve a good dose of radical honesty and courage to look inside and take responsibility for one self.

“Victim Consciousness “ is not wrong per se—and we all experience it— it is a phase in the process. To fully recover from chronic conditions, to fully leap forward in life, one needs to graduate out of that phase, as it twarts and sabotages any true advancement. Just like grief, “victim consciousness” is a step in the process, that needs to be acknowledged then surpased to experience one’s full agency. As within, without. You are your own hero.

On pressure.

I know that I have put so much pressure on myself in life. Pressure to make everyone happy, pressure to hold the peace, pressure to perform, pressure to hold it “all” together, pressure for s*x, pressure to be perfect, pressure to succeed… and have also burned out because of it too! I have come to see that even my migraine and nausea patterns are linked to excessive internal pressure.

Lately, I have been working with women in high pressure jobs, managing teams, holding the reigns of companies, solopreneurs multi-tasking between mom and income generation responsabilities. I have worked with “boss babes” in crisis, barely breathing, their diaphragms almost frozen, often disconnected from their bodies and pelvic floors.

I have sat with women with long lists of chronic ailments, chronic fatigue, diabetes, gut issues, head injuries. I have witnessed brilliant women with very difficult pasts—holding lots of pressure in their body.

I have watched generous, idealistic, and ambitious women under a lot of internal and emotional pressure, experiencing stresses in relationships and work environments, and I relate 100%! (Continued in thread 🧵 🪡) Thank you to for letting me use her stunning work. (Continued in messages)

The Foundational Piece to Healing Chronic Conditions: Connection and Attunement

Holding space for healing starts with the capacity to generate a connection–deeply embedded in trust…

Once the trust is there, one proceeds to “disappear” oneself into a neutral witness. This is the space of the compassionate witness.

It is not our journey. It is “their” journey. We are simply there to help them have the necessary courage to “see” themselves deeply.

In this compassionate witnessing, we allow them to see and be with themselves.

This is where the magic happens. The biology feels seen and met. From this point, there is a surrender that allows the biology to start reorganizing.

From this place, chronic conditions can start unravelling.
