Princess Animal Rescue is run by Pauline Wright, who moved to Spain from the UK 13 years ago with her husband Steve. Pauline mainly looks after newborn puppies, with or without mum, but has also got a number of older dogs who would otherwise have been put to sleep. Pauline has a small team of fundraisers, foster carers and supporters, who do their best to allow Pauline to be able to continue rescuing very needy and vulnerable dogs.

After 6 weeks of total stress Amelia and Tucker have now arrived with their new families 🥰🥰. Big thank you to Matt and Gabi for adopting my babies and for being so patient 🩷. Thank you Kay and Derek for eventually getting them to the UK 😘😘

Tucker and Amelia, are eventually off to TRACES to get them ready to leave Spain next week. Their lovely new owners have been very understanding when their internal transport was delayed after I was scammed.
That’s 8 of Honeys babies homed, just 2 still waiting and now 9 months old.
We will miss you babies but I know you will both have fantastic lives. Massive thank you to Kay Berry for all your help 😘😘😘

I do wonder why I go through the stress of taking in pups/dogs for adoption. Lots of lovely adopters but then the ones that play you along and then go quiet after long chats, don’t they realize it’s the pups/dogs it affects. Honey and her pups were my last rescue as I’m far to old for the stress, but sadly I still have 3 females and I male to get a foster/home, especially Tucker as at 9 months old he can’t stay with his sisters much longer. Never has issues before but think it’s because they are Mastin crosses 😢
So please people only agree to take on a dog if you are 100% sure as it’s the dogs that suffer 😢
