We started this engineering consultancy service to provide our clients with access to experienced engineers and the most up-to-date engineering knowledge and tools. Our goal is to help our clients develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions that meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. We believe that by providing a comprehensive service, we can help our clients save time and money while still achieving their desired outcomes. Some of our services in road design and construction are:
- Road and Bridge Design, which includes all required reports (Inception Report/Site Visit or Reconnaissance, Route Selection Report, Feasibility Study Report, Preliminary Engineering Design Report, Environmental Impact Assessment).
- Bill of Quantities, including the estimated BOQ from the pre-bid (prepare monthly and final payment).
- Tender document preparation in accordance with the Bid-Document
- Planning (work schedule)
- Management service (Evaluate each resource in relation to the target; develop management tools; assign risk and threat to each work or item; plan mitigation measures for unsuccessful activities.)
- Offer a solution to the contractual problems.
- Provide engineering office work and software tutorials.
